Partner Company to Provide First Line Technical Support for Many German FM Transmitter Customers

Bordeaux-Mérignac, 14^th December 2016 -   WorldCast Systems has announced the appointment of UPLINK Network GmbH as the only approved service center in Germany for Ecreso FM Transmitters.

The announcement follows months of training and education to equip the team at UPLINK Network to provide high level, first contact support for the extensive network of Ecreso Transmitters at various sites throughout Germany.

Uplink Network is an independent service provider and systems integrator working with many major German radio stations. Their relationship with WorldCast Systems began roughly three years ago when they researched transmitter solutions to offer customers following the deregulation of the German FM market. Following extensive lab tests and field trials, the Ecreso systems were selected for power levels from 100W to 10kW and, to date over 150 transmitters are installed.

In parallel, UPLINK undertook an extensive, in-depth audit in order to achieve DIN EN ISO 9001 certification for internal process quality, awarded in October 2016. This certification ensures cutting-edge quality in the service provided by UPLINK to its customers and partners.
