WorldCast Systems and DEVA Broadcast Partner on APTmpX Integration in DB95 and DB9510

Press release - January 2026

WorldCast Systems, a global leader in broadcast transmission and audio transport technologies, today announces a new technology partnership with DEVA Broadcast Ltd, under which DEVA has integrated WorldCast’s APTmpX algorithm and streaming engine into its latest hardware products.

As part of this collaboration, APTmpX is now embedded as a standard feature in DEVA’s DB95 and DB9510 hardware encoders and decoders, enabling broadcasters to benefit from highly efficient MPX over IP transport with minimal latency and optimal sound quality.

APTmpX is WorldCast Systems’ proven compression algorithm designed for IP-based studio-to-transmitter links (STL) to deliver the highest transparency while significantly reducing bandwidth usage.

“The transmission of MPX signals over IP is a trend that we have been seeing for several years now. The launch of the DB95 and DB9510 encoders and decoders is very good news for broadcasters wishing to integrate this transport solution while maintaining the highest level of quality and transparency. This partnership with DEVA is a significant step towards the global adoption of our APTmpX algorithm, and we are delighted about it,” said Christophe Poulain, Co-President of WorldCast Systems.

“We are pleased to partner with WorldCast Systems and integrate the APTmpX technology into our DB95 and DB9510 products. This integration allows us to offer broadcasters a powerful, ready-to-use solution for efficient MPX transport, fully aligned with today’s IP network requirements,” said Todor Ivanov, President of DEVA Broadcast Ltd.

DEVA’s implementation includes both the APTmpX algorithm and WorldCast Systems’ streaming engine, seamlessly embedded into the DEVA hardware platform. This ensures full interoperability and consistent performance, while simplifying deployment for broadcasters and network operators.

With products scheduled for release soon, this collaboration reinforces WorldCast Systems’ strategy of working closely with leading broadcast equipment manufacturers to make APTmpX a reference technology for MPX distribution worldwide.
