This chatbot is powered by Chatbase and relies on internal technical documentation (guides, manuals, FAQs) to respond to frequently asked questions.

The service is provided by OpenAI, whose servers are located in the United States. Data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.
